Keep 100% of Your Commission!

We need as many people as possible out in the field locating land for us. Therefore, our policy is that we do not participate in Buyer Broker fees on development sites that we buy for our own use. You retain 100% of the sales commission!  

Additionally, if you locate a property that is not currently on the market, please let us know about it so that we can register your information. Don't let a seller's refusal to pay your commission keep you from contacting us with the property information. We can work your fee into the deal!

Property submissions should include the following information, if possible:

  • Plat of property
  • Vicinity map showing location of property in relation to landmarks, town centers, etc...
  • Road frontage of subject property
  • List of known features such as houses, buildings, amount of wooded/tillable area, streams, etc...
  • List of encumbrances such as electrical/gas transmission lines, oil & gas leases, etc...
  • Call, fax or e-mail me with any information you have.

    Commissions on the Sale of Company-Owned Properties

    We pay 3% Buyer's Broker fees to Brokers who effectuate a sale on our company-owned properties.   Fee schedules may vary for commercial and residential properties.   Please call us for further information.
