Growing up on a family dairy farm and real estate brokerage in Northeast Ohio, I developed a strong work ethic and firsthand experience in land stewardship.

My diverse background in real estate and land development allows me to guide clients through property acquisitions, site selection, strategic planning, and securing necessary entitlements, ensuring projects align with market demand and deliver long-term value.

In addition to my role as principal broker at Four Seasons Land Company, I have played a pivotal role in the acquisition and development of more than 4,000 acres of residential and commercial properties across Central Ohio. My extensive expertise in land development, entitlement processes, and strategic site planning has contributed to the successful completion of numerous high-profile projects.
Some of our more noteworthy development projects include:
- I-70 Freeway Interchange Development – Columbus, Ohio:
Development and sale of a 15-acre mixed-use site located at the southeast quadrant of the I-70 and Hilliard Rome Road interchange. This high-visibility location features two anchor components: Hilton Home2 Suites – A 107-room extended stay hotel jointly developed and owned by one of our affiliate companies in partnership with LinGate Hospitality, and Andover Park – A 264-unit Class A multi-family residential community.

- Lancaster Commercial Corridor – Lancaster, Ohio: Oversight of the development of a 10-acre commercial site adjacent to River Valley Mall, entitled for offices, restaurants, and retail uses.

- Bluegrass Park – Grove City, Ohio: Assisted Wills Creek Development Services in entitling and developing a 32-acre tax-abated site, featuring medical office outparcels and a 384-unit multi-family project, Keeneland Place.

- Scioto Cliffs – Developed a premier 10-lot custom home subdivision for the property owners, featuring waterfront parcels overlooking the O’Shaughnessy Reservoir on a 63-acre site.

- Reserve at Scioto Bluff – Powell, Ohio: Led the development and sale of an 18-lot custom home subdivision spanning 12 acres.

- Magnolia Reserve – Pickerington, Ohio: Secured entitlements for a 33-lot upscale custom home subdivision on 33 acres for future development.
- Ty Tawel – Granville, Ohio: Developed a scenic 9-lot upscale residential subdivision with large estate lots on 50 acres.
- West Scioto Green – Commercial Point, Ohio: Obtained entitlements, developed, and sold a 73-lot residential community on 30 acres.

- Oxford Woods – Sunbury, Ohio: Oversaw the development and sale of a 13-lot luxury home subdivision with 2- to 5-acre parcels on 35 acres.

- Edenborough Estates – Lancaster, Ohio: Executed the development of a 160 acre residential estate subdivision, featuring 32 upscale homes on 2- to 12-acre parcels.
- Eagle Creek Subdivision – Sunbury, Ohio. Assisted Wills Creek Development Services in securing entitlements and providing coordination and construction management for offsite utility extensions serving a 232-lot, single-family subdivision on 85 acres in preparation for sale to Pulte Homes.

- Hartman Farms – Developed a 75-acre site into a community of 25 upscale homes, thoughtfully designed around a permanently protected 5-acre conservation area to preserve natural beauty and open space.

- Deer Ridge – Developed a 126 acre site in Junction City Ohio into 4 to 25 acre rural homesites. Add photo “Deer Run Sub Perry City.”

Through my hands-on approach and deep industry expertise, I continue to shape the real estate landscape in Central Ohio, creating value-driven developments that meet market demands and maximize potential.
Industry Leadership
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University with an emphasis in Agricultural Economics and Soil and Water Conservation Engineering. In 2002, I completed my Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dayton.
I am a member of Columbus Realtors and the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange. In 2017, I was honored with the Columbus Realtors President’s Excellence Award, and in 2024, I received the President’s Prestige Award after achieving $58 million in gross sales volume from 2008 to 2024.
Additionally, I am an honorary lifetime member of the Licking Land Trust, having made the conservancy’s first land donation—a five-acre wetland preserve—in 1996. Today, the Trust owns 125 acres and holds conservation easements on an additional 1,049 acres.
